| Description | The Port of Palm Beach District is requesting sealed proposals from qualified cleaning companies to perform Cleaning Services for the Port of Palm Beach District. Offerors will be permitted to withdraw their Proposals at any time prior to the Proposal opening The Offeror agrees that the Proposal shall be good and may not be withdrawn for a period ending ninety (90) days thereafter, or the execution of the Contract between the successful Offeror and the Port. The Port reserves the right to waive any technicalities/irregularities and/or to reject any and/or all Proposals. The Port further reserves the right to award a contract to that Offeror whose submittal best serves the interest of the Port, in the sole discretion of the Port. |
