Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) is seeking services of a licensed contractor to furnish, supply and install all equipment, materials, components and labor required to replace the, existing, Lethal/Non-Lethal Electrified Fence System at USP Tucson, AZ. The existing electrified fence was manufactured and installed by Sigcom/GDI and uses a DC current in Lethal Mode. The replacement electrified fence will use D/C current in the Non-Lethal mode and automatically switch to A/C current in the Lethal Mode. FBOP requires a ''turnkey" effort that includes infrastructure design, implementation, furnishing of equipment, site preparation, systems integration, acceptance testing, training, warranty and maintenance support after warranty expires. The system must be a fully functioning system free of all and any defects. The System must be robust and reliable, capable of withstanding harsh climates and operating conditions. Additional services required include preventative maintenance, on-site infrastructure response, infrastructure repair, technical support, on-site dispatch service, Maintenance service shall include, but not limited to, 24/7; 365 days a year maintenance coverage that provides a 4 hours response time, 48 hours restoration time for major system failures, technical support, and fault code notification monitoring.
