Purchase of a 200 Ton Portable Chiller

The intent of this bid is to establish the minimum requirements for the purchase of a chiller and to establish a firm, fixed price per the terms and quantities specified herein. CHILLER MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 1. 200 Ton Portable Chiller • Installed on a DOT approved dual axel trailer with front and rear stabilizer jacks, and properly sized to carrier the weight of the chiller. The completed title and MSO paperwork must be made out in the name of The School Board of Osceola County, FL. The School Board will processes the title transfer and acquire the permanent tags. Trailer must be delivered with a thirty (30) day paper temporary tag. • Must be able to adjust chiller capacity from 50% to 100%. • Must have a local seven (7) day schedule (chiller will be set to run on local schedule). • Must have manufacturer’s coated coils. • The Chiller must be properly secured to the trailer. • R134A refrigerant • ASHRAE 90.1 compliance • Phase monitor and phase fall indicator light (red) • Master On/Off switch • Pump package with bypass must be included. • Two (2) sets of 50’ flex hose with flange connections • 6” Butterfly Valve (Inlet & Outlet) • Provide storage container for hoses and cables (storage container must fit on trailer as an integral part of the trailer) • Set of 100’ power cables with camlock connections • Five (5) year parts and one (1) year labor warranty for all equipment • Equipment must be turn-key/ready to operate and awarded bidder must do a first time start up training.
