Termite Control, Term Contract

Successful quoter shall be required to provide/perform the following in the pursuit of all fumigation/extermination work: 1. Treatment shall be by Fumigation and shall normally be by means of tenting. However, seal fumigation may be used on occasion where called for by mutual agreement of the successful quoter and the County Representative. In all instances the method of fumigation and fumigant used shall be in the best interest of the County. Product shall be approved by the County prior to use. Applicators shall follow the application volume and treatment procedure per label directions, regardless of which brand used. 2. The chemical used during fumigation/extermination shall be Vikane, or equal (equal product shall meet the following: Active ingredient, 99.8% Silfuryl Flupride & Inert ingredients .02% applied in appropriate quantities according to the label specification), and shall be approved by the County prior to use. 3. All fumigations over 100,000 cubic feet shall be monitored/documented with a “result log” form and forwarded to the County Representative at post fumigation.
