| Description | Construction of approximately 0.41 miles of sidewalk/multiuse path (sidewalk varies 5'-8') along the "northern" side of Hardscrabble Road from EtrisRoad to Rucker Road. Phase 1-Etris Rd to Crabapple Rd. Phase 2-Crabapple Rd to Rucker Rd. This project will provide pedestrian connectivity from Etris Rd to Rucker Rd along the "northern" side of Hardscrabble Rd.
