Perrotti Park Docks - 044874 - City of Newport

This Project would fund the replacement of the original floating docks at Perrotti Park. These floating docks are the location of the majority of the cruise ship tender landings as well as Interstate Navigation. The original floats were installed in late 2000 early 2001. Since then some minor repairs of damage done by cruise ships has been done and lights on the dock are being repaired this year. Minor preventative maintenance has been done as needed. This will be the sixth year in an eight year plan. Project is included in the City of Newport's FY 2023 - 2027 CIP. As of April 5, 2023, information regarding a design team or a general contractor is not available. Funding is anticipated from 2023 to 2026.* *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
