Description

A single Lump Sum bid will be considered for the Work. By submitting Bid on enclosed Bid Form, Bidder satisfies requirement for Indiana Form No. 96 (Revised 2013), as prescribed by State Board of Accounts of Indiana. This shall clearly show Bidder's financial resources, construction experience, organization, and equipment available for Work contemplated. The Owner reserves the right to reject each and every bid, and to waive informalities, irregularities, and errors in the bidding to the extent permitted by law. This includes the right to extend the date and time for receipt of bids. Successful bidders are required to furnish satisfactory separate Performance Bond and Payment Bond AIA Document A312, from an acceptable surety in an amount equal to 100 percent of the full contract sum. Removal and replacement of existing HVAC equipment, boilers and pumps, including all associated work and services applicable to equipment operation. This includes demolition of existing services and components and establishment of new services to new equipment for a complete and functioning system at completion. Per the instructions in the Project Manual, questions should be emailed to Mark Hopf (mhopf@fhai.com) and Dan Arnold (darnold@fhai.com). Please note that the email address for Mark Hopf is typed incorrectly in the Project Manual and was revised via Addendum No. 1. Questions requiring clarifications or revisions will be addressed in any future Addendums.
