Design Build Water Tower Repairs

Provide labor, material, equipment, and supervision for the design build of the water tower repairs and recertification at the U.S. Department of Energy Germantown Campus. The design-build work shall include updating the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) lighting system on the water tower, replacing valves in the concrete valve pit below the water tower, and providing variable speed drives for pumps in the Boiler House to maintain water pressure for the interim condition while the water tower is out of service. Training shall be provided to plant personnel on operation of the temporary variable speed drives.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
