| Description | 921 Claiborne Dr. (In Sycamore Lakes) rear yard (STR is approx. 60 ft south of Seeger Blvd & has been marked with lathe) Access will be off of Seeger Blvd. New house being built - Will be much easier before this house is constructed. : Contractor to remove casting and lid and reset using a layer of conceal between casting and STR and then seal inside with non-shrink grout filling holes also. You will need to bring in approx. 3 cubic yards of topsoil to fill up to bottom of casting and provide positive grade to STR; Then seed and fertilize to matching existing yard. |
