Description

Provide general construction and building maintenance services at all DTC facilities statewide on an on-call basis. Services include, but are not limited, to the following: • Rough carpentry, including wood and metal framing and blocking. • Repair and replacement of exterior and interior doors, windows, and hardware. • Repair and replacement of cabinet doors, drawers, countertops, and hardware. • Repair and replacement of specialties, including toilet accessories, mirrors, lockers, etc. • Repair and replacement of drywall, including taping, spackling, and sanding. • Repair and replacement of ceiling grid and tile. • Repair and replacement of flooring. • Painting interior and exterior walls, doors, windows, and trim, including surface preparation and joint sealants. • Selective demolition in connection with the services described above. **This contract does not include mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems maintenance and/or repairs.
