Kayenta Township - Industrial Park Infrastructure

The Project includes the following Work: The Kayenta Industrial Park construction will include the construction of 3,300' of paved roadway including associated drainage features and a large detention pond. Utility construction will consist of the installation of 9,300 linear ft of 3" force-main sewer, 4,300 linear feet of 8" gravity sewer, and installation of a sewer lift station. Construction will run for an anticipated 3 calendar months from April 15th to July 15th, 2023. Scope of project may be decreased depending on available funding and bids received. Bids will be received for a single contract. The Project is expected to be substantially completed by July 15, 2023, and completed by July 30, 2023. Question Deadline 03/31/2023 Est.
