Description The work includes furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and services required for expanding the park restroom, complete, including demolition of concrete pavement; clearing and grubbing; all required earthwork, to include general earthwork and site grading; borrow material for embankments; relocating existing backflow preventer and water line; reinforced concrete footing; masonry building, carpentry, roof trusses, miscellaneous metal work, metal roof system, doors and frames, painting, and floor finishing; stone veneer on exterior walls; skylights; plumbing system, restroom fixtures and accessories; connecting to existing electrical system; connecting to existing water service; 4-inch thick concrete sidewalk with gravel base, and all appurtenant work to complete the restroom.
