Remove and discard existing AC system & replace with new (4) four zone multi stage blower system Install (4) four new Rheem air handlers model#RH1T6024STANJA (or equivalent) located in drop ceiling hung by threaded rod and kindorf, (4) four new hot water coils, emergency overflow drain pans with shut off switches Install (4) four new Rheem condensers model#RA1360AJ1NA (or equivalent) located outside in existing locations on new pre cast pads To include: all new insulated refrigerant piping, condensate drain piping, hot water coil piping Reconfigure supple and return ducting, thermostat control wiring for staging of units, new thermostats, environmentally friendly R410A refrigerant Start up & testing of new systems (1) one year warranty on parts and labor
