Crack Sealing, Sealcoating and Striping Parking Lots

1. Repair / Rebuild manhole in circle drive and patch as necessary. 2. Clean existing asphalt surface of parking lots of debris, dirt, loose pavement and vegetation by brooming and use of high pressure blowers and/or vacuum truck. 3. Clean and treat oil spots as necessary 4. Furnish rubberized hot poured material (Deery 102 PL that meets Fed Spec ASTM D5167) and fill all cracks measuring ¼ “or wider in non-crumbling areas. This is to prevent water from sitting directly on or near the crack. 5. Sealcoating: application of one (1) tack coat and two (2) full strength coats of rubberized coal tar emulsion which meets or exceeds Federal Specification RP335e to all asphalt paving. Please indicate product to be used and application method. Work is to be done in a quality workmanship like manner 6. Pavement Striping and handi-cap markings to be done per existing layout and colors.
