Atherton Street High Pressure Steam Crossing

This Trade Contractor shall manage the delivery and installation of the pre-purchased high-pressure steam piping system. WT is pre-purchasing the pipe to avoid delays in the schedule. This Trade Contractor shall manage and hire all Trade Contractors needed to execute the work as shown on the contract documents. This includes but is not limited to Hardscape, Landscape, Tree/Bush Removal, Asphalt, Concrete. This Trade Contractor shall return “in-kind” all demolished/damaged/destroyed hardscape and landscape. This Trade Contractor shall furnish and install all work as shown in the manholes to complete the high-pressure steam system. This Trade Contractor shall furnish and install all manholes as shown on the contract documents. This Trade Contractor shall excavate for all piping and manholes as shown on the contract documents. Some excavations may be in rocks and with a depth of 20+ feet(See Soil Report). All excavation is unclassified. This Trade Contractor shall coordinate the crossing of Atherton Street with Penn DOT. This includes but is not limited to required lane closers, Penn DOT required permits and all State College Borough Requirements.

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Vehicular Access and Parking, Traffic Control, Temporary Barriers and Enclosures.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
