Community Center HVAC Units

1. The current HVAC system consists of a 15-ton split system air handler unit and a 15-ton heat pump condenser for half of the big banquet room and a 5-ton split system air handler unit and a 5-ton heat pump condenser for rooms C1-C2. All units are on the roof of the community center and over 20 years old. 2. Provide all labor and material needed to remove the existing 5-ton and 15- ton units off the roof top of the community center. Removal work will likely require the use of a crane. Removal will also include the disposal of both units. A site visit is highly recommended. 3. Provide all labor and material needed to install new 15-ton air handler unit with new drain pan and 15-ton condenser heat pump with new copper lines set and new 100 amp disconnect. Clean and blow out drain lines to make sure they will not overflow or clog. 4. Provide all labor and material needed to install new 5-ton air handler unit with new drain pan and 5-ton heat pump conditioner with new copper lines set and new 100 amp disconnect. Clean and blow out drain lines to make sure they will not overflow or clog. 5. Price to include the labor and material to complete the work including final clean up. Price to include the removal and disposal of old units and materials. Price to include delivery of materials to the jobsite. Price to include 8% sales tax. 6. Price to include 1-year warranty on installation plus manufacturer warranty on all units.
