HVAC, Piping and Mechanical Services. This work shall include the inspection, service, trouble shooting, maintenance, start-up, testing, balancing, repair, new installation, modification and replacement of mechanical, heating, ventilating, air conditioning (HVAC) including but not limited to Air Conditioners, Air Handlers, Return/Exhaust Air Fans, Gravity Dampers, Humidifiers, Supply Fans, Process/Commercial Refrigeration, Pneumatics, Outdoor AC units and appliances in addition to other service and maintenance work at the Council wastewater treatment and collection facilities located throughout the seven county metropolitan area.
