Description

Replacement of (2) chilled water air handling units (AHU) at the Jackson Health System satellite facility Long Term Care Center. The contractor to remove existing AHU and replace with new Trane “Performance Climate Changer (UCCA) Chilled Water Air Handling Units”, of like size, configuration and capacity. Included in the scope is installation of new shut-off valves, actuators, and pressure and temperature gauges. Replace chilled water piping and insulation, as required. Installation of single zone VAV chilled water controllers.
