| Description | The Work for the installation of New Flooring consist(s) of: Removal and disposal of existing carpet. Install new LVP flooring in designated high traffic areas, install new square commercial grade carpet in offices and remove old vinyl baseboard and install new vinyl baseboard. Product will be from Shaw or equal to with a minimum thickness of 5mmand a 20mm wear thickness. Must supply specification sheet to determine if it is in fact a true equal if alternate brand is used. LVP product must be glue down with releasable adhesive for future repair/replacement. The commercial grade carpet tile shall be of loop pile commercial carpet with a density rating of 5,000to 6,000 for heavy traffic. |
