Renovations to the Industrial Arts Room at the Mountain View Middle School

A. The work shall consist of preparation of the substrate, the furnishing and application of an epoxy based multi roller applied flooring system with flintshot or Q-Rok quartz aggregate and urethane topcoat. The system shall have the color and texture as specified by the Owner with a nominal thickness of 1/8 inch. It shall be applied to the prepared area(s) as defined in the plans strictly in accordance with the Manufacturer's recommendations. B. Cove base (if required) to be applied where noted on plans and per manufacturers standard details unless otherwise noted. The technical specification of equipment is as follows: 1. Ductwork Provide all labor, material, and ductwork to supply and install the following systems: Supply and Install complete dust collection system for Mendham Borough Mountainview Middle School. The contractor shall be responsible for supplying all necessary labor and material to provide a turnkey dust collection system for the school in accordance with NFPA 664, and any State and local codes. The system will be ducted to (13) wood working machines and (1) floor/table sweeps and (2) vacuum reels. The contractor will be responsible for supplying effective source capture hoods where needed. The equipment to be connected is as follows: (7) 2" drops see drawing for details (80cfm) (2) 3" drops see drawing for details (215 cfm) (4) 4" drops see drawing for details (400 cfm)
