On-Call Sanitary Maintenance and Installation Contract

The types of facilities include marinas, ballfields (natural and artificial), outdoor pavilions, amphitheaters, beaches, pools (indoor and outdoor), aquatic spray feature parks, pump houses, irrigation systems, waterslides, basketball & tennis courts, picnic areas, fishing piers, comfort stations (prefabricated and conventional stick-frame) and community centers. While the Department consists of a wide range of recreational facilities, they also are responsible to maintain all municipal buildings situated in the Town of Brookhaven. Work at Town owned barrier beaches (Fire Island) will be required under this contract. Transportation to these locations will be provided by town forces. Therefore, the scope of work under this on-call contract will include all maintenance, repairs, and service of existing sanitary systems associated with the buildings and the infrastructure needed to support these buildings. In addition to the maintenance, repair, and service of these existing sanitary systems the contractor shall be responsible for new installations at these locations.
