Install VSS Cameras

INSTALL NEW FOUR (4) EACH VSS CAMERAS in accordance with the attached statement of work (SOW). 1) Remove existing VSS cameras at locations 1, 4, 8, and 11 listed above. All existing VSS equipment remains Coast Guard property and shall not be removed from the premises. Base Alameda personnel will be responsible for disposal in accordance with CG Property Management Manual. 2) Install Bosch VSS equipment, or approved equivalent, capable of withstanding 24/7 marine environment conditions with sea-salt air and harsh weather in accordance with CG technical requirements. Install new cameras to provide video surveillance of Base Alameda at designated locations. 3) VSS cameras must meet all CG technical requirements. (See Paragraph 7). Contact Point of Contact in Paragraph 11 for any discrepancies or questions of deviations of technical requirements. All VSS Components must be in compliance with H.R. 5515: John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019- absolutely no equipment produced by manufacturers Hikvision and Dahua may be installed on any part of this system. 4) All VSS SOWs must be approved by the CGD Eleven Security Manager and DCMS-341 prior to execution.
