This is a request for bids for contract mowing and other related services for private properties located in the City of Merriam found in violation of city nuisance ordinances. The bids are subject to the conditions and provisions set forth in the attached Requirements for Contractors. Any discussion related to the bid or award process with anyone other than Mr. Easley will constitute grounds for disqualification from the process.
