Gemini Building 2nd Floor Renovations

General contractors to renovate the Training centers located at 408 N. Adams St. (Gemini Building). The City expects to make a single award to a responsible and responsive vendor. Vendor is responsible for renovating some spaces in the 2nd Floor of the Gemini Building to transform them into two High Tech Training Centers maximizing number of possible users observing social distancing protocols. 1. Transform area in the second floor immediately West of the main entry including the East-West corridor running South of it to become a single independent Training Center (1,870 SF).2. Transform area of the following existing spaces: Conference, Maps, Office & Files to be opened into another second independent Training Center (1,295 SF). 3. Provide individual stations in both Training Centers with desks, not in contract, facing in the same direction with surrounding glass/plexiglass on three sides each station 6 feet away from each other.4. These two new Training Centers could be in use simultaneously, or just one and not the other, or neither at the same time.
