OSCI Well Distribution Scope: This scope of work (SOW) includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, and incidentals for the installation of the proposed Well Head Design project at the Oregon Department of Corrections (ODOC - Owner) Well Head Improvements. The project area is located adjacent to the steam plant at the Oregon State Corrections Institution at 3405 Deer Park Drive SE in Salem, Oregon 97317. The scope of work also includes all associated to complete the defined scope of work at the Site. The following range is a project estimate for bonding purposes: $210,000 - $240,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Bid Bond: 10% Performance Bond: 100% Payment Bond: 100% Completion Date: Substantial Completion: 180 Calendar Days Final Completion: 210 Calendar Days Liquidated Damage: Liquidated damages of $40.00 will apply to the contract resulting from this ITB. Failure to substantially complete the Project by the, date of Substantial Completion, as specified in the Contract, will result in damage to the State of Oregon.
