| Description | The work for this project encompasses (3) parks, Ames Park, Cassen Park and Bailey Riverbridge Gardens which are all located along Beach Street in Ormond Beach, refer to site map for locations. The work at Ames Park parking improvements will be converting the existing shell parking areas to proposed concrete parking areas at the north and south ends of the park. The existing shell driveways will remain and the south shell area will be re-graded to direct water to the proposed shallow retention area, see attached hardscape plans for details with these improvements. | ||||
