Description 1. Units shall be fiberglass and/or plastic with the interior of stainless steel, plastic, fiberglass or other non-porous materials. 2. Toilet paper dispensers will be locked and vandal resistant. No loose roll of paper are allowed in unit. 3. Units must be self-contained, odor free, non-polluting type units. 4. Handicap Accessible Units: At those sites indicated on the sites list, portable chemical toilets will be supplied that meet all of the above conditions and are handicapped accessible. All handicapped units must comply with standards as required by the American with Disabilities Act. The placement of non-ADA compliant handicapped units will be a considered a failure to perform the services set forth in these terms and may be cause for termination of the contract. 5. Units provided shall be clean, in excellent condition, free from defects and without graffiti
