Fabricate and install approximately 200 feet of fence, 4 feet tall on the west, north and east elevations of the Trinity House Theatre/ Union Briggs Cemetery (please see attached photo). Property line is 3 feet to the west of the building, 12 feet to the north, and 5 feet to the east. 2. Material: ½” solid square bar, pickets diamond punch 3.1 ½” x ½” channel horizontal 4. All materials furnished shall be new, unused 5. Finish: powder coat, satin black 6. Contractor must use an auger or similar installation process. No digging permitted. |
