All sealed bids must be marked Bid 2023-15 Insertion Valves DO NOT OPEN and submitted on forms in accordance with specifications obtained in the Office of Director of Finance Room 204. All bids will be considered valid for a period of sixty (60) days. Questions may be directed to Director of Public Works Ryan OHalpin at 860-342-6734. The right is reserved by the Town of Portland to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or defects in bids, to make such extension as may be necessary in order to review the bids and to accept the bid(s) that in the judgment of the Town of Portland, will be in the Towns best interest.
