RFQ Contractor - Formal Construction Materials Testing Services for All Port Authority Locations

The Port of Houston Authority is seeking a Request for Qualifications to perform construction materials testing services for multiple projects across all Port Authority terminals. Formal-furnish All Labor, Materials, Equipment, Tools, Supplies, Superintendence, Insurance, Incidentals, and All Other Things Necessary to Perform Construction Materials Testing Services for All Port Authority Locations 2022 . All in Accordance With Contract Dated [enter Contract Date]. All Invoices and Correspondence Shall Be Addressed to the Attention of Jessica Shambra, P.e. A Certificate of Insurance Must Be Provided Prior to Commencement of Any Work. The Port Authority May at Its Option, Cancel This Purchase Order at Any Time and Pay the Consultant for Actual Services Performed Based on the Work Performed Up Until Receipt of Such Written Notice. The Port Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
