Description | The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and other incidental work required to complete the Entry Gate Installations. Other incidental work required includes any and all items necessary to ensure a complete, usable and maintainable final product including the demolition work not specifically stated elsewhere in this Statement of Work. Contractor will remove two (2) existing gates and old hardware associated with previously installed gates that WILL NOT be needed for new Install All high voltage wiring will be buried to industry standards. Key pads on pedestal's will be installed, two (2) per gate, one on the inside and one on the outside. All concrete cutting and ditches/ tunneling will be accomplished to industry standards. All debris will be removed by the contractor and new concrete poured, where applicable. Concrete poured will be at least 6" thick and 8,000 PSI Contractor is responsible for verifying all dimensions and designs. Contractor will field verify all measurements. Contractor will be responsible for providing matching hardware, where possible, for both gates and key pads. New gates will be galvanized to match existing fencing and other gates with 236th standard. All hardware will also be galvanized where possible to 236th standard. Key pad controls will need to be designed to allow for independent control from each other. Electrical will need to be modified for use and code. Contractor must ensure gate is secured. Facility cannot be left unsecured while unoccupied. Meaning, cannot leave perimeter fence breached overnight. Gates will be cantilever in design and be hydraulically driven. Place, terminate and test all related mechanical and electrical components for accurate and smooth operation. Removal and disposal of all old fencing/gates and hardware for both gates. Old gates will remain the property of the 236th CBCS. All key pad programming will be accomplished and taught by contractor. |
