C-470 Trail Over Acres Green Bridge and Acres Green and Parkway Signal

The City has combined two projects together for bidding purposes into one advertisement. Both projects are to be delivered by the awarded Contractor concurrently. Each project has separate funding sources and must be managed individually. 2021-02 PW C-470 Trail Over Acres Green The contract provides for a two-span multi-use trail bridge with MSE walls and associated grading and drainage improvements. This is a state funded project and will follow state level procurement rules for contract administration. 2021-07 Acres Green and Parkway Signal The contract provides for a new traffic signal with four mast arms, four ADA ramps, sidewalk connecting to trail system, associated grading and drainage improvements, and final striping. This is federally-funded and will follow federal procurement and project delivery rules, e.g. certified payrolls, B2G DBE participation, and OJT hours.
