Project Description: Contract A consists of excavating for the proposed tank, placing the excavated material on the property to the north, constructing the concrete foundation and wall, placing the center support column, and backfilling. Contract B and C consist of installation of the sludge storage tank, tank roofing system, associated piping, electrical and any other incidentals associated with the tank installation.
