South Louisiana Community College Lafayette Campus Devalcourt Controls Upgrade

A. The project consists of (but is not limited to) the following: 1. Desigo Migration Scope of Work: the system shall be an extension of the Desigo building automation system and all controllers and software shall match existing or be the latest version of existing. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract amount, written by a surety or insurance company meeting the requirements noted in R.S. 38:2219.A.( l )(a), (b) and (c). Each Bidder must deposit with his/her bid, security in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total bid price, provided on the specified form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Any Bid Received After the Specified Time and Date Will Not Be Considered. Bids Shall Be Accepted Only From Contractors Who Are Licensed Under La-r.s.37:2150-2163 for the Classification of Mechanical. Note, This Bid is for a Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage Project.
