FunPlex Pool Deck Resurface - N749 - City of Greeley

Resurface pool deck and replace drains around the pool area. Concrete removal and repour may be required to replace drains on the pool deck. This may also include drains into the entry of each locker room. The deck surface will be cleaned and etched and will remain concrete. Wider drains may be needed as well. As June 9, 2023, this project is included in the City of Greeley's FY 2023 - 2027 CIP and funding for construction is allotted for FY 2024. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
