Description | **As of August 19, 2022, project was awarded to Driven Excavating., awarded amount is $748,808.55.** Questions deadline: June 10, 2022 @ 5:00 pm Any questions posted after this time will not be addressed The project consists of the following Installation of two storm water basins, approximately 500' of 60" storm conduit, 700' of concrete channel, and associated drainage structures - Necessary restoration (including asphalt, driveway, sidewalk and curb replacement, seeding, plantings, erosion control, etc.) and other miscellaneous items required to restore the area to its original condition, or better. - Via Alternate Bids, this work may also contain the installation of approximately 250' of 36" storm conduit and associated structures. The creation of Digital IDs/Signatures assures the City knows the creator of the bid (forgery resistance), ensures that nobody can alter a bid (non-repudiation), prevents bid disclosure to unauthorized parties (secrecy) and safeguards that authorized parties cannot access the bid prior to the public opening (sealing). It can take up to seven (7) business days to process your Digital ID. Please plan accordingly. Bidders shall provide proof of qualifications, to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders, and complete the Best Bidder Information Form provided. Bidders shall comply with all statutory requirements in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All Bids must include payment of wages at prevailing wage rates pursuant to Ohio Revised Code (ORC), Section 4115- 15 and shall comply with the provisions, duties and obligations of ORC Section 4115. Further information provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a bond for an amount of 100% of the Bid if in the form of a Bid Guaranty or in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid if in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit, for and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders and pursuant with ORC Section 153.54, 153.57 and 153.571. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety or via the electronic bid bond options available. |
