Description | Fort Peck Assiniboine & Sioux Tribes 501 Medicine Bear Rd./PO Box 107, Poplar, MT 59255 REQUEST FOR BIDS Fort Peck Tribes is requesting bids a lump sum bid for the demolition of the Frazer Community Hall, Frazer, Mont. It is the intent of the owner to salvage the metal structure intact to be relocated. The bid will include the following items: 1. Contractor shall cap existing 3/4 " water supply at the curb stop located on property. 2. Contractor shall salvage the metal structure, column's, beams, and purloins. Identify each piece of metal for future installation of the metal structure. 3. Contractor shall remove existing concrete floor and depose to local land fill and pay for land fill fees. Contractor shall provide all land fill receipts to the Tribe before payment is issued. 4. Contractor shall level existing site for future construction. 5. Contractor shall provide a bid bond in the amount the bid Amount. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on the Frazer Community Building for all interested parties bidding on this project. The Bidder will follow all TERO rules and regulation per the TERO code as authorized by the Fort Peck Tribal Council. The bidder shall include a 2% TERO fee in their bid. The bids for construction contract is set aside for full participation of certified native owned contractors. Contractors will provide to the Fort Peck Tribes a certificate of Insurance before award of the demolition contract.
