| Description | Type of Award: Split Pre-Bid Meeting: No Online Q&A: Yes Q&A Deadline: 02/25/2023 2:00 PM (EST) The City of Hartford wishes to contract with a qualified vendor to provide inspections, maintenance, parts and repair for generators Hartford Public Schools and Department of Public Works and Fire Dept. Inspection and Maintenance shall include one (1) inspection in September at each location except the Parker Memorial Recreation (Kelvin D. Anderson), Pope Park Recreation and the South End Senior Center which need to be inspected twice annually. (preferably, June and December). These services will be required (24) hours per day. Parts and repair will be on an as needed basis. |
