| Description | As of September 22, 2022, project was awarded to Bellator & Development, LLC, awarded amount is $1,379,901.03 Those not received by that time will not be considered. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any formalities and to, in the opinion of the City, accept the bid that is in the City best interest in accordance with the State of Oklahoma Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974 Title 61, Latest Revision. The Project generally consists of constructing a parking, paving, sidewalk, storm drain, junction boxes, curb/ gutter, curb inlets, concrete channel, utilities, and utility sleeves.
