Installation of 45 Mini-Splits

Installation of 45 mini-splits: (24) studio units, (16) 1 bedroom units, (1) 2 bedroom unit and (4) office/community rooms, including, but not limited to, all materials, labor, and drainage components in occupied dwelling units in a multi-story building located in Russellville, AR. Bidders are required to have an Arkansas Contractor's License. This is in accordance with Arkansas State Statute 71-701 et seq. Each bid submitted must contain the following items: 1. Bid form, signed by bidder; 2. A bid Guarantee in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the bid; 3. Representations, Certifications, and Other Statements of Bidders, HUD-5369-A; 4. Non-Collusive Affidavit, signed by bidder; Performance and Payment Bond, in the full amount of the contract will be required for contract security. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest qualified bidder, except that the Owner reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any and all bids. Bidder will be required to comply with all public bid laws of the State of Arkansas.
