Scoping and Cleaning of Sewer Lines

1. Cleaning under the slab (outside lines are not in the contract) sewer lines at a total of 144 apartments at NC 117-1 Site 1 and Site 2, NC 117-2 Site 1 and Site 2. 2. Camera scoping under the slab sewer lines (outside lines are not in the contract) at a total of 36 apartments randomly chosen at the same Sites noted above. Camera scoping is being done to determine the condition of the lines and obtain recommendations regarding necessary repairs. Conditions such as build-up /de-scaling, holes in pipe, rotten bottom of pipe, etc should be noted and located such that repair locations can easily be identified for repairs. Provide video and/or photos on a flash drive or disc of problem or troubled areas and provide written report regarding areas needing repair and recommendations or suggested method for repairs to be done as funds become available. Report should also note areas where piping looks good and needs no repair. 3. Provide an optional price to provide camera scoping on additional lines if requested by the Owner (using a daily rate for your crew based on an 8 hour day).
