Bonterra at Cross Creek Ranch, Section Ten Water, Sanitary Sewer, and Storm Sewer Facilities

For the furnishing of all material, equipment, labor and supervision necessary or incidental to "Construction of Bonterra at Cross Creek Ranch, Section Ten Water, Sanitary Sewer, and Storm Sewer Facilities for Fort Bend County MUD No. 170, Harris County, Texas," Scope of Project: 3,100 LF of 8-inch water line and all appurtenances 475 LF of 6-inch water line and all appurtenances 2,393 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer and all appurtenances 3,050 LF of 24-inch through 42-inch storm sewer pipe and all appurtenances 240 LF of 7'x3' storm sewer box and all appurtenances Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. There will be no pre-bid meeting associated with this project. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Please read the new Special Conditions of the Agreement Part A and be prepared to comply with same. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. If plans, specifications and bid documents are not initially available for download, they will be available for review at the office of the Engineer.
