Description

This project involves the removal and replacement of 3 STC 46 doors within building 3390, as identified on the attached floor plans and SOW. Two doors are 3' x 7', one door is 4' x 7'. The doors being replaced, shall include newframes and hardware, as per provided specifications in a follow-on solicitation post. Newdoors shall be primed and painted. Replace Interior Doors B3390: 1. This is a Sealed Bid construction solicitation offered in accordance with (IAW) Far part 13, 14, 36 & 42 for a 100% Small Business set aside project to replace 3 Interior Doors in building 3390. 2. The construction magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. The scope of work for this project requires the contractor to provide all material, equipment, supplies, labor & supervision required to complete project in accordance with the SOW. 3. The applicable NAICS is 236220 ($45,00,000). 4. This project is on a secure military facility. All personnel accessing the base will be required to submit personal information for a background investigation with the National Crime Information Center Interstate Identification Index (NCIC-III) and Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB) in accordance with AFI 10-245. The Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted on 02 August 2023, 10:00AM local time for the purposes of briefing on the bid requirements and answering questions regarding this solicitation. This conference will be held at 3301 Wonnacott Ave, JB, MDL, NJ 08641. Interested Contractors are highly encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference. The site visit will be held following the conference. 5.2. Information provided at this conference shall not change the terms and conditions of the solicitation. Terms of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is Amended in writing on a SF30. The intent of the Pre-Bid Conference is to qualify the intent of the Solicitation and requirement and to allow the offerors the opportunity to coordinate with Government stakeholders. 5.3. Due to security conditions, all offerors must register to attend this conference and site visit. All questions must be submitted through the Contracting Office. Do NOT contact Engineering personnel directly. Doing so will result in your question not being answered. 6.2. All Questions and Requests for Information (RFI) must be received by the Government No Later Than 09 August 2023 at 10:00am local time.
