Estimate Value - $25,000 Experienced professional site-work and concrete construction contractors to assist the City of Burlington Department of Parks, Recreation & Waterfront (BPRW) with the construction of several exposed aggregate concrete pads at Starr Farm Park; 224 Starr Farm Road, Burlington, VT 05401. Starr Farm Park is a large community-scale park that contains multiple athletic fields, a dog park, playgrounds, large community gardens, and natural woodlands. The Burlington Greenway transects the park. BPRW seeks a contractor to construct an approximately 1,000 SF exposed-aggregate concrete pad that will serve as the foundation for future exercise equipment and to install three (3) 13’x 16' concrete pads at the three entrances to the Dog Park, replacing recently installed compacted stone-screening landings.
