Replacement includes all associated electrical, roof curbs, accessories, and controls to preform work and associated scope of work located at: Gulfport High School: 100 Perry St. Gulfport MS 39507 Anniston Elementary School: 2314 Jones St. Gulfport MS 39507 Bayou View Elementary School: 4849 Washington Ave Gulfport MS 39507 Bayou View Middle School: 212 43rd St. Gulfport MS 39507 Pass Road Elementary School: 37 Pass Road Gulfport MS 39507 Central Elementary School: 1043 Pass Rd/ Gulfport MS 39501 Central Middle/ West Elementary School: 4051 15th St. Gulfport MS 39501 Project Description: This project consists of The project consist of replacement of rooftop package units, split systems, and water source heat pumps across various schools within the district. Replacement includes all associated electrical, roof curbs, accessories, and controls to preform work as described in the Construction Documents and Specifications. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount or a certified check for a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 002113 - Instructions to Bidders and Document 003100 - Available Project Information. Online bids can be placed on the website of the Architect at www.mpengplans.us If Bids are electronically submitted, then a title page containing the same information as would occur on the front of a sealed envelope must be included and must be clearly indicated as such in the file name. Bids in excess of $50,000.00 must be marked on the outside of the envelope with the contractor's Mississippi certificate of responsibility number as issued by the Mississippi Board of Contractors along with a copy of the General Contractor's proof of Mississippi license. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. This is a federally funded project and shall comply with all State and Federal requirements, including but not limited to compliance with any applicable Davis-Bacon Act requirements and other laws and regulations as referenced in the Construction Documents and Specifications. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
