| Description | Removal and Replacement of 8 asphalt shingle roofs for the Group Camp Roofs - Harriman State Park including in base bid replacement of up to 2000 sf. of rotted 1” x 6” T&G white oak decking up to, 30 sheets of ½” plywood roof sheathing and up to 150 lf of aluminum flashings and miscellaneous roof accessories.. Included in the removal is removal and demolition of existing roofs, tar paper and ice and water shield underlayment and 150 lf of flashings, as well as asbestos abatement of materials identified. Replacement roofing shall be architectural asphalt shingle in color black. |
