Mary Walker Health Center Renovations Phase II at SUNY Oswego

Work includes work on the basement, first floor and roof. Abatement of steel beam fireproofing (basement); duct removal, ceiling removal/replacement, and floor penetrations. Basement wall penetrations and removals for pathways. Removing existing baseboard heating system. New work includes: Chases and replacement partitions associated with vertical pathways. Electrical upgrades thourghout. Incorporate designed A/c and vent systems(1st floor only). Locate condenser units. Complete NFPA 13 sprinkler system including cloud ceilings. South and east storefront entrances: include new aluminum storefront doors and enclosures. Include entrance floor mat in South ventibule.

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
