Plumbing Construction FM 7216 Provide complete sanitary sewer system for new wash building, including but not limited to sanitary and vent piping, floor drains, and cleanouts. Connect to site sanitary line(s) 5- feet outside building line; coordinate point of connection with General Construction Contractor (.1). Provide complete domestic water system for new wash building, including building backflow preventer, water meter, water softener, UV treatment system, hydropneumatics tank system, piping, valves, pipe insulation, and identification. Connect to site well water line 5-feet outside building line; coordinate point(s) of connection with General Construction Contractor (.1). Coordinate electrical power connections with Electrical Construction Contractor (.4). Provide backflow preventers for boiler make-up water systems. Provide a complete domestic hot water system for new wash building, including propanefired water heater, expansion tank, piping, valves, pipe insulation, water hammer arrestors, balancing valves, and identification. Provide emergency fixtures, mixing valves, flow switches and alarms. Provide cold water hose reels, nozzles, and piping. Provide a complete high-pressure washer system, including propane-fired high-pressure washer, controls, hose reels, piping, insulation, identification, and vent system with power venter, control kit, and breeching/exhaust vent/stack. Provide complete undercarriage wash system, including water storage tank, booster pump, controls, piping, and spray nozzles. Provide wash sink and accessories. Provide complete propane gas piping system for new wash building. Connect to all propane-fired equipment provided under plumbing and HVAC contracts. Connect to site liquefied-petroleum service at regulator set outside building; coordinate point of connection with General Construction Contractor (.1) and L-P Supplier (AmeriGas).
