Annual Maintenance - Fire Sprinkler Testing

To provide performance testing, maintenance and repairs of all Fire Sprinkler devices owned by/or managed by the Loveland Housing Authority (LHA). Said service shall be for the maintenance and repairs of Fire sprinklers. Contractor shall provide all tools, supplies, equipment, materials and qualified personnel necessary to perform testing, repairs, of all fire sprinkler devices. Contractor will be required to respond to general service calls for fire sprinkler devices and will provide accurate record keeping, listing name, type, size, serial number and location of each device that is tested and/or repaired.
