| Description | The Division of Purchasing (DOP), on behalf of the Idaho State Liquor Division ("ISLD"), is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the purchase of security systems and services in accordance with the specifications provided below. The goal of this project is to provide reliable security coverage for all locations with forty-five (45) or more days of reviewable video footage. The safety and security of our workers and customers is a key issue. We wish to reduce or eliminate false alarms and have easy to update call lists and communication options. Our agency wishes to move to one (1) system that is simple to use and maintain at all locations. One (1) system that will provide onsite storage and cloud access to recorded footage but also report failures and issues to IT Security to initiate repair calls. Eight to twelve (8-12) cameras per location or alternative camera solutions, with possible additional external cameras may be added later in this contract |
